E-Sprayer Troubleshooting

Acorn Easy E-Sprayer Troubleshooting Tips

FULLY CHARGE SPRAYER BEFORE FIRST USE. The INDICATOR LIGHT will be GREEN when fully charged.

Make sure the GRAVITY BALL is fully connected to the HOSE.

Confirm the SPRAY HEAD is securely screwed onto the BOTTLE BASE. The Acorn Logo should be on the side.

Sometimes the hose inside the bottle can wiggle loose, or even end up on the wrong intake valve. Please ensure the HOSE is attached to the outer intake valve on the bottom of the SPRAY HEAD and that it is fully connected at the top as well as where it meets the GRAVITY BALL. If the sprayer makes a sputtering noise, there may be an air pocket. Remove the SPRAY HEAD to release the air pocket and then replace the BOTTLE BASE.

Use the COLUMN TOGGLE BUTTON, located below the ON/OFF BUTTON, to unblock the nozzle. If the nozzle is blocked, turn off the sprayer. Run warm water over the clear OUTER NOZZLE to unblock. If this does not work unscrew and remove the clear OUTER NOZZLE. Unblock the INNER NOZZLE with a pin and replace the clear OUTER NOZZLE and dry all pieces before reassembling.

As there is a risk of activating the ON/OFF BUTTON during transportation we recommend only transporting when empty. Do not activate the ON/OFF BUTTON while the Acorn Easy E-Sprayer™ is empty.

Fill your Acorn Easy E-Sprayer™ with warm water and activate the sprayer to clean the spray mechanism occasionally, especially after a long period of non-use.
